Inspirational and Inspiring

It doesn't take much to inspire others just by being yourself. Inspiration can come from the advice we give and mentoring others. Sharing a common goal or reaching out to those in need of help is another way to inspire others. That's what makes people inspirational, for example, Stacey Neubecker leads her employees with a positive attitude and with great leadership at Costco.

Brennan L. Kostallari

Brennan L. Kostallari experienced a lot of obstacles growing up and overcoming them that makes her an inspiration to the people in her life. Brennan was raised in California and as an adult moved to Michigan. She was born deaf. Learning sign language and how to read lips was a challenge for her, but she kept working at it until she was successful. Brennan graduated from Kaplan Career Institute in 2009, majoring in Medical Assistance. She volunteers her time helping homeless at the Health Living Project. Another obstacle Brennan overcame was being strong when faced with Thyroid Cancer. The cancer started in the thyroid gland that is located at bottom of her lower neck. Brennan had the thyroid cancer removed and went through radiation treatment. Through these treatments she was able to gain some of her hearing. This was a blessing for her as she furthered her career at Costco as a employee in the Hearing Aid Department. Brennan is an inspirational person to many people who have seen her overcome adversity a number of times. She inspires others to never give up and to keep fighting to reach their goals.
